Patrikidou joined Sarah Cannon in 2019 and serves as the Associate Medical Director at Sarah Cannon Research Institute – UK. In her role, Patrikidou designs and executes early and late phase clinical trials with a strong focus in GU oncology. Additionally, she supervises clinical research fellows, senior on-call activity and translational research. Patrikidou received her undergraduate degree from University College London where she received a bachelor of science in human genetics. She received both her medical degree and doctor of philosophy degree from University of Thessaly in Greece. She completed her oncology training at Gustave Roussy Cancer Campus in Grand Paris, France, with post-graduate academic qualifications in oncology at the University of Paris-Sud (Paris-Saclay) in France. Her post-specialty experience included a dedicated GU oncology fellowship at the Royal Masrden Hospital and Institute of Cancer Research in London.
